Estimated delivery time may vary depending on the customer's location, courier service, holidays, weather conditions, political circumstances, natural disasters, or other factors outside our control.

Any delivery timeframe provided is an estimate and should not be considered a guaranteed delivery deadline.

6. Delivery Charges

Delivery charges may vary depending on the customer's location, product type, size, weight, campaign, or courier service.

The applicable delivery charge will be communicated or displayed during the ordering process.

7. Cash on Delivery

Where available, customers may pay through Cash on Delivery (COD).

Customers are requested to provide an active phone number and correct delivery address.

Repeated refusal of confirmed orders, fake orders, or misuse of our Cash on Delivery service may result in restrictions on future orders.

8. Order Cancellation

Customers should contact BG MART as soon as possible if they wish to cancel an order.

Once an order has been handed over to the courier or dispatched for delivery, cancellation may not always be possible.

If a dispatched order is cancelled or refused without a valid reason, applicable courier or delivery costs may be charged where appropriate.

9. Return & Refund

Returns, replacements, and refunds are subject to our separate Return & Refund Policy.

Customers are encouraged to inspect their parcel according to the applicable courier and product inspection procedures.
